A compulsion to finish a series is the only reason we waded
into this one. But it turned out to be better than book 4 -- though still tedious and we needed a lot of determination to actually finish it.
Tess and Brooke continue to be an ideal couple and almost
perfect parents. We absolutely love the relationship between Tess and Brooke
through the series. It is supportive, nurturing and respectful. It is sweet,
loving and hot. Yep…something we all want in life – so these books are a dose
of that wished-fore relationship in small doses.
Despite this instalment of the Tess-Brooke story being
better than the previous, we’d still recommend that go for books 1, 2 and 3
with gusto but the next two can be skipped.
