This is an unabashed erotica book. It is short and post a
little build-up jumps into the hot and heavy.
Olivia is a successful businesswoman. Her on-an-off
girlfriend has disappeared on her for a couple of months and a friend
recommends ‘hired help’. Enter Scarlet and an afternoon of multi-orgasmic sex. Through he descriptions of the erotic scenes, Bliss manages to create a person out
of Scarlet…even if it is only through Olivia’s thoughts about her.
This is certainly not for anyone who likes the build-up and
the emotional quotient of a relationship. But if it is just erotica that you’re
looking for, pick this one – it won’t disappoint.
A shout-out to the author, Harper Bliss. We would like a
little (ok, make that much) more. We would like to read a full length
story about Scarlet. Know her. Who she is, where she comes from, what made her
choose this profession, how she developed her ‘business’, what are her emotions…and
mostly, we want her to have a HEA. Maybe with Olivia, maybe with someone else. Give
us this book, and sign us up as fans.
This is a good short read. A tad short, a little emotionally
unsatisfying – but then that is what the author was going for, so it’s a win
for her.
